Early morning. I got a text message from a close buddy, nak ajak jumpa sabtu depan katanya. Sounds weird. Perlu ke nak text seawal pagi ahad sedangkan nak jumpanya lagi satu minggu? Well, bersangka baik. Nak make sure if I could make it free kot. Tapi pelik jugak. Apehal nye pulak confident je siap dgn hari & tarikhnyee sekali. Biasa kalau ajak jumpe takde pun siap pick day and date. Hurm. At first I said, not sure. Sebab ikut plan actually nk pegi cari hadiah kawen on that saturday. ahadnya walimah. tapi tapi macam nak jugak jumpe kawan yang sorang ni. So I did text her again, tapi macam best jugak nak jumpe. wee. eheh.
and she replied.
"kan, bestkan nak jumpe. actually, kite nak ajak awak dtg umah kite sabtu ni. InsyaAllah, kite nak tunang."
bla bla bla.
OMG nak terjatuh tergolek dari katil kot baca perkataan tunang tu. WHATTT?? She's getting engage soon? seriouslyyyy???
Memang terkejut tahap gembira petala ke lapan. Well, she's one of the person that close to me. Almost 10 years dah pun. She's study abroad, tapi tu tak bermakna putusnya tali persahabatan untuk bertanya kaba. Mungkin, tak tahap close buddy yang berkepit ke hulu hilir but we did exchange gifts and stories since our school days. Even dah jauh pun kadang kadang tu bila nak exam, nak presentation bagai we did inform each other so that we could make extra prayer for that. I think, she is one of the buddy that I always missing, whenever she come home, harus lah berjumpa walaupun sekali. And when she's back for good, I think I am one of those yang happily to hear that news. Hee.
And now, in less than a week she's going to be someone fiance. Alhamdulillah. I pray for the best. And amazingly, this is a family arrangement. Ohoi. Sebagai mak jemah yang tak bertauliah, memanglah rasa nak tahu every single story from A to Z. Ape ceritaa tetibe nak tunang pokok kelapa takde bergoyang punnnn.

But then I realize, is all about jodoh. Siapa pun bakal tunangnya, I believe he is the best and the right man for her. Lagipun family arrange kan. Must be the best choice. Hee. For me, ni la salah sorang contoh wanita (WANITAAA???) yang pandai menjaga diri. She's taking a good care of herself. Tak pernah bercinta. Takde nama lelaki keluar dari bicaranya. Takde unsur unsur gedik when talk about men. She's one of the nicest. And now, He has choose a good man to take care of her for the rest of the life. She has been blessed. :') Alhamdulillah.
Semoga Allah permudahkan jalan yang baik ini untuk awak & bakal suami. I am so happpy to hear that great news! (:
